Sue is Chief Officer of Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services (PAVS), a position she has held since 2008, she has worked in the voluntary and community sector for 18 years.  Prior to that, Sue worked for 14 years in the adult and community learning sector, holding various lecturer and management roles in Pembrokeshire College and Learning Pembrokeshire. Sue also has some experience of the private sector, having spent time in leadership roles within Pembrokeshire Chamber of Commerce and Merlin Network, a “trading arm” established by the College.

She represents the third sector on a number of local and regional strategic and service planning partnerships across a range of policy areas, including health & wellbeing.
