Developing reuse to support our local community

Pembrokeshire FRAME Ltd, FRAME,  is a charity and company limited by guarantee that works with people who have mental health issues and/or learning disabilities. Through our reuse activities we look to support our clients to regain their confidence, build their self-esteem as well as acquire new skills and experience so that they can find or return to work in their community. The presentation will outline the range of opportunities that are offered through the various projects that are run by the charity and also examine the challenges that come with running the charity.

Biography

Paul Hughes has worked in the third sector for a relatively short period of time, three and a half years. Before joining Pembrokeshire FRAME Ltd he was an educator for over 30 years and held a variety of senior leaderships roles in schools and with a local authority. He joined the charity as a project manager and then accepted the role of Chief Officer with his prime focus to help the charity recover from the challenges of the COVID pandemic.
