Councillor Neil Prior is Pembrokeshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Corporate Improvement and Communities, and the Ward Councillor for Llanrhian. As a community activist himself, he has pioneered the Llanrhian Connected Community project which is working to create a stronger and more resilient local community across his ward. Recently appointed as Chair of Pembrokeshire’s Public Services Board, he is also a Non-Executive Director and delivers the Leadership Academy programme for Councillors with the Local Government Association.
